finally lost some

Ok, so I started my new job last monday and i was really scared that I wasn't going to lose Tuesday when I weighed in because I haven't been eating like I'm suppose to. It's not that I'm eating bad but I haven't been eating at all and Sherrie wants us to eat at least 6 times a day. Well with my new job I literally do not have time to go eat. I am the front desk person therefore I can't step away, but that's ok. I have gotten some protein bars and am having a muscle milk every morning or breakfast which totally fills me up versus a regular breakfast. I'll have my muscle milk at 7:30am on my way to drop off Garron and then not eat until after our workouts are done around 12:15, and even then the muscle milk has still got me feeling full. Then we have such hard workouts with Sherrie that when it comes time to eat lunch I'm really not that hungry. My mom has been great and makes chicken breast and veggies every day so that helps me out 100%. During the afternoon I try and sneak in a protein bar between patients and that helps me until I get home and have dinner and that's usually around 6:30 or 7pm now. My husband is wonderful and he does most of the cooking just because he's good and creative at that and changing things up so we don't get burnt out on the same thing. Plus I'm not a good cook at all, haha. Anywho, Tuesday when I weighed in I had lost 4.2lbs for the week and I was so excited. That's the most I have lost so far. So now hopefully that I am working and moving around and about and not just sitting like I was that will help me a lot more and now that I've got my new routine going with work and what not it'll be so much better. Hoping for 6lbs next week but as long as I am losing I am fine with that. we'll see!
